Kevin Nolten

Kevin Nolten is President of the Cyber Innovation Center (CIC), where he leads nationally recognized efforts to advance cybersecurity and artificial intelligence workforce development, defense innovation, and cyber capabilities for the federal government. With nearly two decades of leadership experience, he oversees a $25 million portfolio of federal programs supporting the Department of Defense, DHS, and CISA. Kevin is known for building partnerships across government, industry, and academia to address national security challenges and strengthen the nation’s cyber workforce. He also serves on a White House Artificial Intelligence Task Force focused on advancing AI education and workforce readiness.
